How to get six pack
Every
person who will do workout will have a dream to get a six pack. Getting a six
will be based on both exercise and dieting. Only dieting will take more time to
show your abs .Only exercising won’t work if you don’t have a perfect diet
plan. So, you should do dieting and strength training for getting abs.
Exercises which concentrate only on abs won’t
give six packs:
Six packs

the skin. So, you should the fat

at the stomach. Doing abs exercises like crunches, sit ups will only make the
six packs under the fat bigger but they won’t reduce fat. So, you should reduce
fat behind the skin in order to make your abs visible.
As I mentioned
in the previous posts I have uploaded in my blog https://beastfitnessgains.blogspot.com . You should follow the same
procedure for fat loss and get a flattened tummy. After getting a flat tummy
you should increase the intensity of your workout. So your abs gets stronger.
Everyone don’t get six pack
Yes abs is
genetically made. They are different for everyone. Some may have six pack, some
may have 8pack someone have 10 pack. For example the one and only Arnold
Schwarzenegger have just a four pack.
Exercises you should do to get a six pack:
Making your
abs visible is not a difficult task when you take this secret sauce. You should
do full body compound workouts. They are dead lift, bench press; squat, over
head press, plank, walking lunge and
pull-ups. And abs exercises for making abs stronger.
Frequency: Training abs and strength training both are
important in getting your six packs. You should train abs 3-4 times a week and
do strength training 4-6 times a week. Frequency in training is important for
getting six packs
Note: After
getting your six packs you will think of getting muscular. Getting muscular
means you need to train for both strength and hypertrophy. So I will post about
gaining strength and muscle in my next post. Stay tuned. Stay consistent.
