Now,
a ,days due to some reasons like sitting in front of a computer ,eating junk food
,overeating, lack of physical work etc. people are gaining fat . Accumulation
of fat in body causes obesity .Obesity causes diseases like hypertension(high
blood pressure),type 2 diabetes, gallbladder disease, stroke and obesity may
lead to death .Apart from diseases there are many disadvantages of obesity like
clothes doesn't fit ,bullying and getting tired easily. You will lose your
healthy life .
Body
fat accumulation: We eat but if we didn't do exercise or workout the
fat in the food gets accumulated in body parts like the chest, belly, around
your lower back, thighs, glutes ,
underarms, etc. Over time the fat accumulates more and more around your
belly and causes a big tummy.
Myths about fat loss : After gaining fat and becoming overweight
people wants to lose fat around belly and starts doing tones of
crunches, hours and hours of running on
thread mill , doing more and more cardio .They get fatigued because they loss
weight but their belly size won’t decrease .they starve themselves for getting
fat loss but it doesn’t happen.
Truths about fat loss : You should be in a
calorie deficit to lose body fat .you
should do full body compound exercises and weightlifting exercises like
Ø Planks
Ø Pushups
Ø Pull-ups
Ø Chin ups
Ø Bench press
Ø Dead lift
Ø Over head press
Ø Squat
Calorie deficit : When you wish to reduce
your body fat you shouldn’t starve yourself you should reduce some amount of
food you take everyday .You should avoid junk food .Eat healthy .When you are
in a calorie deficit the fat cells in your body burns and the empty fat cells
are filled with water .Then, the fat cells filled with water shrink and mix up
in blood and you breathe it out as carbon dioxide and
you pee it off in urine .you should drink plenty of water(4-6 liters
) while dieting.
You took 3 -5 years to
get overweight then how can you get slim/fit in just 90 days?
Reducing body fat is a slow process .You need patience and consistency while dieting .you need to stick to the program .Reducing body fat is like tearing a roll tissue paper when you tear a small piece it doesn’t make any change but if you tear it continuously you will notice a change in it size . Similarly, when you are reducing fat you should be patient and continue your dieting and exercise .
Get up, get a gym
subscription, cut all the scrap in your diet ,stay consistent
